Stay cofident,calm and don’t be so hyper: Remeber the crucial era in your life has been started,You should be very concious about every step. Since You are going to face multiple challenges which may overcome by default only if you stay confident,calm and never be so hyper or emotional.
If you are facing False 498A
Verify if FIR has existed in Police station
If police call you or send you notice ( section 35(3)bnss-Notice For Appearance by the police) via whatsapp/email don’t go immediately to the police station,ask him/her about the complaint and send your realtive or your lawyer to collect hardcopy and obtain FIR copy,except this notice, tell the police not to bothering you.Hire a personal lawyer who handle 498A regularly.
Remember 498a is like cancer,it needs remedy to cure.
Apply for Anticipatory Bail (ABA) Immediately
If police give hard copy of notice to your relative or lawyer,ask your lawyer to apply for Anticipatory Bail(ABA) immediately,without asking or arguing with police.
Collect all evidence from Very fast day
Just read the FIR copy between the lines and take a deep breath and forgive her for complaining and forget that she is in your heart.It is time to fight with her not to show love to her.
Mark the incident which she has mentioned and remeber actually that happened or not.Check whether she mentioned any date of incident.If not matched then collect documents for that day to proof her statement is false.If place of incident she mentioned and you and your family was not there collect train ticket,flight ticket,hotel booking bill,doctor prescription,hospital appointment or any other documents which may proof that you were not available on the day and place ehich she mentioned.
